We use Canada Post to ship the goods. As the purchaser, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your order to your desired location, as specified during the online order process, unless otherwise noted on our site at the time of purchase (i.e., from time to time, we may offer discounted or free shipping).

FLAT-RATE of $12.00 Cdn. Shipping Fee CANADA WIDE (with the exception of PO Boxes) for one package and $20.00 Cdn. for 2 packages shipped to the same address.

We offer FREE SHIPPING in Canada (to one address), with the purchase of 3 or more packages of 8 nofliesonus.com lids.

We regret that we are not able to ship to Post Office Box Numbers.

If you are returning an item, you’ll be responsible for your own shipping or courier costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’re shipping an item back, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without it, we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
